Delivery
Our fulfilment is processed under the title of The Crystalman
Mainland UK delivery and shipment (excluding Channel Islands)
Our delivery and packing service for all orders is calculated on a weight basis and priced to include insurance should your goods be lost or damaged en route.
Process and Packing
Orders are usually processed to arrive with you within 7 working days (not including weekends) of us receiving your order however please allow up to 14 days for delivery. On some occasions, products may be out of stock, in which case your order will either be part-shipped, including advice on when the rest of the order will be despatched, or we will inform you that your order is being held until a date when the stock is due to arrive.
If you pay by credit card, the charge for the goods is taken at time of order. The delivery service may require a signature, so if you expect to be out when the delivery is due, please advise us of a neighbour's address or a secure place where the order can be left so that we may send with no signature requirement. This is not applicable to express deliveries, which usually require a signature.
Express Delivery Shipment ( Mainland UK only, excluding Highlands and BFPO)
At checkout you can choose an express delivery option. The prices for this will be displayed against your order. We'll send your order to arrive the next working day. NB. this only applies to orders made before 11.00am. Express orders placed over the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday. Express deliveries usually require a signature.
Overseas Shipped Orders (including Channel Islands & Eire)
Orders to overseas destinations anywhere in the world are all weight calculated and delivery costs are advised before despatch if necessary. It is important for you to stipulate which region you are from in the drop down menu. This calculates and assigns charges for that region. There may however be certain items that carry an extra charge. These will be notified to you before shipping with an option to cancel the order if needs be.
Please note if your delivery region and delivery address do not match, your order will be delayed while we rectify this with you.
Most items usually take 7 to 10 working days to arrive but please allow 21 days. Express delivery charges will normally deliver the goods within 48hrs to most regions. Where there are special "free delivery" offers from time to time, this does not cover a free "Express Delivery" service. Product Descriptions and Photographs
We have made every effort to ensure photography, descriptions and details are accurate. However, slight differences in colours and textures may occur and manufacturers? product specifications may change slightly from time to time. Please note all measurements are approximate.
Security
All of your transactions at The Crystalman are secure. Our secure server (at WorldPay) encrypts all of your personal information (including name, address, credit card number) so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. When you enter this information it is captured on a page that uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol by default. The Crystalman provides you with the best possible protection on the Internet.
Order Confirmation
Once you have placed an order we will send you confirmation of your order by e-mail.
Stock Availability
We do endeavour to hold all stock at all times. However it is occasionally the case that only a limited amount of stock is available due to the specialist nature of either the goods or the suppliers who are often small families or collectives with limited manufacturing capacity. In some cases an item may prove to be extremely popular and we may have sold out of this item. If stock is not available for any reason then we will part-ship the rest of your order and will inform you about the expected delivery time of the out of stock item.
Prices
All of our prices are displayed in UK pounds and are inclusive of VAT at 20% where applicable. Local taxes and duties outside the EU are the responsibility of the shopper or recipient in the country of destination
Payment Options
We accept Visa Purchasing, Visa, Mastercard, Amex(not online), JCB, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Delta and Visa Electron(UK only) cards. Payment may be made over our secure payment system or by phone through the number shown at the bottom of each product page. Please note that payment can be made in Sterling. Your card company will convert that into your local currency at daily current rates according to their terms. This may carry conversion charges. Please note: Currency prices are approximate on the site and from the calculator and may vary slightly to the daily rate applicable at time of purchase. Phone payments will be transacted in Sterling. Cheques can be mailed to us and should be made payable to The Crystalman - please print your order with reference numbers (found next to each product) and send with payment. Please allow seven working days for cheque clearance. Contact us for bank details if you wish to transfer payment direct into our account. If an order or part of an order is not in stock your card will be charged at the time of despatch. We will inform you if any item is out of stock and allow you to decide whether to have the order part-shipped.
The Crystalman Guarantee
We really want you to be delighted with the quality of our goods, but if anything does not meet with your satisfaction, please return the items within 30 days of purchase and in their original condition and packaging for an exchange or refund.( Please note, unless goods are defective or damaged shipping is non- refundable in the case of cancellation of complete or part of order)
Cancellation of Purchase
If you wish to cancel an order you have the right to cancel within seven days of your contract with us (your purchase) or within seven days of having received the goods (whichever is the longer). We will refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any collection costs, within 30 days from the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation in writing. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order. Please check here for full details needed to be followed in returning goods.
Please be sure to include the following details with all returns: Your name, daytime telephone number, order number, and the reason for the return.
You must return the goods to us at your cost and we advise you to insure the goods adequately. If returned products are lost we will not be liable for them. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation, or if you request it, we can collect the goods from you at your cost.
Note: If you request us to arrange for a courier collection we are unable to specify the collection time and someone needs to be present when the courier comes.
Damaged or Defective Goods
We endeavour to supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship. On receipt of the goods, you should inspect them for damage or defects and notify our customer services department of any issues as soon as possible. Please retain all documents and packaging. Refunds and/or replacements are as per our guarantee above.

Queries about any of the products or shipping progress of an order are handled by our customer service staff from 10am to 5.30pm UK time. Outside normal working hours an answerphone service may operate - please leave your full contact details and we will return your call at the earliest opportunity
Business Customers
If you are a business or if the goods are used wholly or in part for business purposes we will not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits (whether direct or indirect), business data, revenue, goodwill, or incidental or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us. Any other liability will be limited to the price paid for the goods. We do not exclude our liability for fraud or for death or personal injury. For us performance time is not of the essence. Returns are subject to a 20% handling fee. You will not export any goods purchased from us in contravention of United States of America export controls.
If you have a credit account with us payment is due in the number of days specified in the invoice. If payment is not received within 30 days of the date of our invoice we may charge interest for late payment calculated daily at 4% above bank base rate both before and after judgment.
Please be aware that the Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to Business Customers.
Server Outages and Operational Integrity
If, in the very unlikely event that either the site or affiliated sites with The Crystalman are adversely affected or taken down, or made unable to access, trade or interact with due to events and occurances outside of our direct control, The Crystalman, its partners and any affiliated businesses can in no way be held responsible for any losses that are incurred as a result of this happening. Furthermore any failure of the site to operate from time to time within the control of The Crystalman, will in no way make The Crystalman responsible for any losses that may be incurred by these happenings or for any subsequent problems that may be experienced by visitors, businesses or affiliates dealing with The Crystalman. It is however The Crystalman's stated policy and intention to keep the site in the best working order possible for people to interact and enjoy their visit and experience. We endeavour at all times to maintain a professional and informative site to all who visit and participate with The Crystalman.

In any dispute all matters will be governed and dealt with under the appropriate laws and statutory legislation that are in operation within UK law at that time. No other legal area will be considered.
